SELF-HEAL Program
The SELF-HEAL Program is a comprehensive, trauma-informed support system designed for adult survivors of sexual trauma seeking education, connection, and personal growth. Our offerings include membership-based community access, individual coaching, therapy services, and self-paced courses.
Membership Community
Our membership provides ongoing access to educational and peer-support resources. Members receive:
- Monthly live online sessions covering self-healing topics.
- Facilitated survivor circles where participants can connect and share experiences.
- A digital resource library including guided exercises, articles, and tools to support healing.
Membership is billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time.
Coaching Services
Trauma-informed coaching is available for individuals who want personalized guidance in achieving self-healing goals. Coaching sessions are conducted virtually and focus on skill-building, self-reflection, and accountability. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment.
Therapy Services
Licensed clinicians offer individual therapy for survivors requiring clinical support. Therapy services incorporate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic interventions, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques. Therapy availability may be limited based on licensure regulations and client location.
Courses
Our self-paced online courses deliver structured education and practical tools aligned with the SELF-HEAL framework. Each course includes video instruction, downloadable materials, and exercises that participants can complete at their own pace.
Intended Audience
These services are intended for adult survivors of sexual trauma who are ready to engage in healing work. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. If you are in crisis or experiencing acute mental health needs, please contact local emergency services or crisis hotlines.

Brainspotting offered in coaching is a coaching tool to support personal development and is not a substitute for mental health care delivered by a licensed clinician. Therapy Services Licensed clinicians may provide therapy sessions that involve collection of sensitive health information. Therapy services are clinical in nature and governed by separate consent forms and confidentiality policies compliant with professional and legal standards. Courses Our self-paced online courses include video lessons, exercises, and downloadable materials. We collect participant information (names, email addresses, payment details) to deliver course content and track user progress. 2. Disclaimers Not Medical or Mental Health Advice The SELF-HEAL Sexual Trauma Program, including membership, coaching, brainspotting, and online courses, is intended for educational and personal development purposes only. These services do not constitute mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical advice. No Crisis Support We do not provide crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services, call 911 in the United States, or access a qualified crisis hotline in your country. Voluntary Participation and Self-Responsibility Participation in all programs is voluntary. You are responsible for your own well-being and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed. 3. - When we use Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g.
, Google Maps API, Places API). Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise. We obtain and store on your device ( "cache" ) your location . You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.
- Other Users. When you share personal information
(for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity.
